What are Live Sales?
Simply explained our Live Sales are broadcasts in real time where we showcase crystals for you to adopt. But more than that, they're our opportunity to connect personally with you, our Crystal Community. The Live Sale format is a great alternative for those who seek a more connected shopping experience. It offers a unique opportunity to view our range in intricate detail. During our Live Sales every piece is individually picked up and shown from every angle. You can comment, ask questions, chat with other likeminded crystal lovers, and make purchases.

Live Sales are informative and a lot of fun with giveaways to be won, a friendly regular community, and most importantly gorgeous, exclusive stock not yet on our website.

Purchasing + Payment + Policies
To claim (purchase) an item during the Live Sale, simply type the unique item code into the comment section. The code will be given upon showing the item, the first person's comment to show on our screen will be the successful claimant. Please note; comments do not always appear on our screen in the same order as yours, due to internet speed and other factors. We verbally acknowedge every successful claim.

Any items you successfully claim during the two hour Live Sale will be colated into a basket with your name on it. The following morning baskets are uploaded onto our website as Custom Listings using your Instagram Username as the title. You can then add your Custom Listing to your cart along with anything else you wish to purchase from the online store and checkout using a range of payment options including Card Paymets, Paypal and Afterpay.

Please note all succesful claims made during the Live Sales are considered final.
Do not claim unless you're able to make payment within 48 hours.

Your Custom Listing will be available on our website for 48 hours and must be checked out within this timeframe. Failure to do so will result in your claimed items being forfeited and potential bans from future Live Sales.
